Welcome to Mr. Hicks' website!   I hope you find this site useful.  I will list the weeks work for my 3 classes this semester, any test dates etc as well as when extra help is available.   Note:  I may have class notes from Calculus on site now, check them out.

Extra Help This Week
All Mornings by about 8:30
Lunches - see me first to make appointment at lunch.  (I do Reach Wednesdays and Thursdays so can't be then).
Monday and Tuesday nights after school until late bus.  This week just Tuesday as no school Monday.

Upcoming Tests
MCF 3M1 -   Friday May 22nd
MPM 1D1 -  Friday May 22nd
MCV 4U1  -  Wednesday May 27th

Class  Results
MCF 3M1 - Remember, this is the tricky test.  Pretty good job on assignments but you will find that you want to make up new rules on test and usually this is a bad idea.  Average is now up to 73.6%

MPM 1D1 -   Test Friday, usually pretty easy to solve but you must state theorems used and neatness counts.  Average is 74.7%

MCV 4U1 -   Last test was OK, not quite as good as a few.  Class average is still over 80% at  80.6% but remember, exam is looming and that usually causes about a 3% drop in class average so if you want an 80 in the course, try to have at least an 83% going in etc.
